Will language be a problem? How translation actually works
A translator in the room is not a luxury, consent, symptoms and aftercare all depend on being understood precisely.
Who translates and when
A coordinator who speaks your language attends every clinical appointment: consultation, consent, pre-operative briefing and discharge. They are not a driver doubling up. This is their job.
Why written matters as much as spoken
Your treatment plan, consent form, medication schedule and aftercare protocol are provided in writing in your language. Verbal instructions in a second language are forgotten within hours, especially after anaesthesia.
Which languages we cover
English, German, French, Italian, Russian, Romanian and Arabic are covered in-house. For other languages we arrange a professional interpreter rather than relying on a translation app for consent.
After you fly home
The same coordinator answers your messages, and clinical questions are relayed to your surgeon and returned to you in your language. Continuity matters more than speed here. You are not starting again with a stranger each time.

They are welcome to attend, but consent and clinical instructions are always given through our own coordinator for accuracy and legal clarity.
