01 · Before Travel Free Consultation And Quote.
It starts with a WhatsApp message or a form. Within twenty-four hours you have a written
treatment plan and a fixed-price quote, not a range and not a callback.
- You send: photographs, X-rays if you have them, your medical history, and what you
want to achieve.
- We send back: a treatment plan, the protocol, a timeline and a fixed price.
- You decide: ask anything, request a video call with the team, take as long as you
need. Nothing is held open with a deadline.
Some of those plans say that you do not need treatment yet, or that the
procedure you asked for is not the one that would help. That answer arrives in the same
twenty-four hours as any other.
02 · Before Travel Travel And Logistics.
Once your dates are booked, your coordinator handles the arrangements. The flight is yours;
the rest is organised or recommended.
- Hotel, four or five star, within walking distance of the clinic, booked on your
behalf.
- Airport transfers, private pick-up from the arrival gate.
- A translator in your language, English, German, Swedish, Arabic, French or
Italian, who stays with you throughout.
- A pre-travel checklist sent seven days before departure: what to pack, what to eat,
which medications to pause.
03 · Day One Arrival, Scan And Consultation.
Your driver meets you inside the terminal. Within an hour you are at the hotel, then a clinic
visit for the scan and the final plan.
- Hotel check-in with a few hours to rest and acclimatise.
- Clinic visit, imaging, photographs, and an in-person consultation with the
specialist who will treat you. The plan is confirmed here, in front of you.
- The evening is yours. Your translator can point you at somewhere to eat near the
hotel.
This is the appointment where a plan can still change, and occasionally
where it is called off. Seeing the patient in person is the point of doing it before the
treatment day rather than on it.
04 · Treatment Day The Part You Came For.
Whether it is a forty-five minute single implant or a four-hour full-arch surgery, the day is
already planned. You are following a sequence your coordinator has run hundreds of times.
- Morning, transfer from the hotel, a light pre-operative meal, translator
present for the consent sign-off.
- During, performed by your specialist, with surgical assistants and
anaesthesiology.
- Same day, recovery in the facility, a debrief with your surgeon, and an
aftercare kit to take with you.
- Evening, back at the hotel by dinner, with painkillers and written
instructions for the night.
05 · Before You Fly Recovery, And One Day That Is Yours.
Most procedures need one to three days of light recovery before flying. That time is used for
the follow-up checks, and for Istanbul.
- Daily check-in by WhatsApp or in person, depending on the procedure.
- Sightseeing at your pace, your translator can come along.
- A fly-home assessment the day before departure. You leave only once that check
confirms you are fit to travel.
- Departure transfer with your documents and aftercare materials.
06 · Back Home Week One To Year One, And After.
The journey does not end at the airport, and that is measurable rather than a slogan:
- Week 1, a call to check recovery and answer what has come up.
- Months 1, 3, 6 and 12, scheduled follow-ups, with photographs requested where
they are useful.
- WhatsApp access to your team, with no time limit.
- Warranty service for implants and prosthetics, valid wherever you are.
Before You Fly, The Short List.
A personalised version reaches you seven days before travel. The constants:
- Passport and travel insurance, valid for at least six months from your travel date.
- Your medical history and current medications. Send the full list seven days
ahead so interactions can be flagged before you are in the chair.
- Button-up shirts if you are having a hair transplant. Nothing that goes over the head
for seven to ten days afterwards.
- Soft food for dental patients on the day of treatment.
- A phone with WhatsApp. It is the main line to your coordinator and your team.
