Why It Started.

The gap between what an international patient needs and what most clinics provide is rarely about medicine. It is about communication, logistics and trust.

Someone arriving alone in a foreign country with a serious procedure ahead does not only need a good surgeon. They need someone in their own language, on their schedule, who has done this several hundred times and will answer at eleven at night.
