The quoted price covers the consultation with the dermatologist who will treat you, the product itself — the vial of Allergan-brand toxin, the syringe of hyaluronic acid, or the blood draw and centrifuge for PRP — the treatment, the aftercare instructions and the two-week review, plus a translator at every appointment and airport transfers. Nothing is added once you arrive unless the examination changes the plan, in which case the revised figure is written down first. Flights and the hotel room are yours to arrange, though we hold negotiated rates at hotels ten minutes away. Courses of laser, mesotherapy or skin rejuvenation are quoted as a whole course rather than session by session, so the total is clear from the start.
The toxin vial, the hyaluronic acid gel and the laser platform are CE-marked products bought from the same manufacturers by clinics across Europe; the material cost barely moves at a border. What changes is everything around it: rent in Istanbul against rent in Munich or London, salaries, insurance premiums, and how many patients a dermatologist treats in a week. A doctor injecting daily spreads fixed costs across far more people than one running a Thursday afternoon list. Add the exchange rate and a Botox area lands at €150 here. Cheaper does not mean a lesser product — but if a price looks impossible, ask which product is in the syringe and how many units it contains.
Injectables and lasers work within limits, and pretending otherwise is how patients end up disappointed. A thread lift moves tissue by millimetres — advanced jowls need a facelift, and we say so instead of selling threads. PRP thickens hair that is still present; a bald crown needs grafts. Laser cannot see grey or very fine blonde hair, whatever the device. A single mesotherapy session gives a glow that fades within days, and Botox is not given during pregnancy or breastfeeding. We also decline to stack four treatments into one visit, because afterwards nobody can tell which of them worked.

At Swedish Clinic, Botox starts from €150 per area, dermal fillers from €250 per syringe and PRP from €200 per session. Mesotherapy, thread lift, laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation are priced after the examination, because the cost depends on the area, the mixture or the number of threads. You receive a written, all-inclusive figure before anything is booked.
