Session one: hairline and frontal third, 3,500–4,500 grafts. Wait twelve months for full growth and donor recovery. Session two: crown or added density, typically 2,000–3,000 grafts. Both sessions are priced separately and honestly from the start.
Donor density recovers as surrounding hairs grow. Extracting again at six months harvests from an area that has not visually recovered and increases the risk of a patchy donor.
