PRP takes a small sample of your blood, concentrates the platelets and returns them to the scalp, where the growth factors improve follicle quality and blood supply. It does not create new hair on a bald area — for that you need a transplant — but it slows miniaturisation, thickens what is still there, and improves graft survival when used around a transplant. A course is usually 3–4 sessions, and the €600 covers the whole course rather than a single injection — a one-off PRP session for skin or scalp is listed separately at €200.
