A course maintained every four to six months, usually alongside medication, is what keeps the whole area looking consistent instead of leaving visible islands of transplanted density.

A realistic combined calendar

Day zero: PRP alongside the transplant. Month three: second session as shedding ends and regrowth starts. Month six: assessment with trichoscope photographs and a decision on whether to continue at all. Month twelve: the final result is judged and maintenance set at two or three sessions a year if your native hair needs it. DHI and the therapy course are quoted separately so you can decline either.
