A dental implant replaces the root of a missing tooth. After a 3D CT scan we plan the exact position, angle and depth digitally, then place a German-made titanium implant under local anaesthesia. The bone fuses to the implant surface over 2–3 months (osseointegration) before the permanent crown is fitted. Unlike a bridge, no healthy neighbouring teeth are ground down, and the implant keeps the jawbone stimulated so the face does not collapse inwards over the years.
Turkey combines high surgical volume with lower running costs, which is why the same materials and devices used in Western Europe cost a fraction here.
