How much do dental implants cost in Turkey in 2026?
A German-made implant starts at €299 in Istanbul against €1,500-€2,500 in Western Europe, here is exactly what sits inside that number.
What the €299 actually covers
The figure covers the implant body itself, a German-made titanium fixture, together with the surgical placement, local anaesthesia, sterile consumables and the post-operative check. The abutment and final crown are quoted separately because the material choice is yours: monolithic zirconium from €180 per tooth, or a metal-ceramic crown at a lower price point.
Why the same implant costs five times more at home
Nothing about the implant changes when it crosses a border. What changes is the cost of running the clinic around it: rent, staff salaries, insurance premiums and, crucially, how many implants a surgeon places per week. High volume spreads fixed costs thin, and the Turkish lira does the rest.
The questions that reveal a cheap quote
Ask three things before you compare prices: which implant brand and system will be used, whether the surgeon is a licensed dentist or a technician, and what the quote excludes. Quotes that dodge the brand question usually mean an unbranded fixture that no dentist at home can service later.
What a realistic full-mouth budget looks like
A single implant with a zirconium crown lands around €480-€520 all in. A full arch on four implants (All-on-4) starts at €2,900 including the provisional bridge. Compare that with €12,000-€25,000 privately in the UK or Germany for the same materials.
The Ones People Actually Ask.
Is the €299 price real or a hook?
It is the real starting price for a single German-made implant fixture. The crown is quoted separately because the material is your choice. We send a written, itemised plan before you travel.
Do I pay anything if I decide not to come?
No. The photo assessment, treatment plan and price quote are free and carry no obligation.
