If your septum is deviated, correcting it during the same operation improves breathing and shape stability. We include it at no extra cost; many clinics — and most European private practices — bill it separately. Ask for it in writing.
Roughly 5–10% of rhinoplasties worldwide need a small revision, usually after twelve months. Ask any clinic what their revision rate is, who pays, and how long the policy lasts. Silence on this point is the answer.
