01.Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Swedish Clinic Turkey website ("the Site") or any services provided by Sweden Özel Sağlık Hizmetleri ve Danışmanlık Anonim Şirketi ("we", "our", "us", "Swedish Clinic Turkey"), you agree to be bound by these Условия of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

02.Scope of services

Swedish Clinic Turkey is a health tourism agency licensed by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health (Accreditation AK-0125), registered as a TURSAB member (#10821). We coordinate medical and aesthetic treatments at accredited Turkish hospitals and partner clinics on behalf of international patients.

What we do:

• Provide treatment information and personalised quotes
• Coordinate medical consultations and procedures with our partner clinics and specialists
• Arrange (separately invoiced) concierge services: hotel recommendations, transfers, translation, city guidance
• Provide post-treatment follow-up support via WhatsApp and phone

What we do not do:

• Provide medical treatment directly — all medical procedures are performed by licensed specialists at accredited clinical facilities
• Issue medical advice — only your treating clinician can give clinical recommendations
• Guarantee specific medical outcomes — every patient case is unique

03.Цены & concierge services

Treatment prices quoted via our website, WhatsApp, or written quotes cover the medical procedure, included consultations, prosthetics or materials, translator support during medical appointments, all medication, and lifetime follow-up. Цены is finalised in your written quote within 24 hours of consultation.

Concierge services — including hotel bookings, airport transfers, extended interpreter hours, and city tours — are not included in the treatment price. We arrange these on your behalf and they are invoiced separately at cost, with full transparency.

All prices are quoted in Euros (€). We do not collect payment via the website — payment arrangements are made directly with our office and partner clinics.

04.Eligibility & patient responsibilities

By using our services, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction
• Will provide accurate and complete medical history information during consultation
• Will follow pre-operative and post-operative instructions provided by our medical team
• Have appropriate travel insurance for international medical treatment

05.Medical disclaimer

All before/after photos, testimonials, success rates, and statistics are real and verifiable but represent individual results — your results may vary. No medical treatment is guaranteed to produce identical outcomes.

06.Cancellation & refunds

Quote & consultation stage: free of charge, no obligation. You may decline at any time before payment.

Deposit stage: if you have paid a deposit to confirm your appointment, it is refundable up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival, less any unrecoverable third-party costs (e.g. hotel cancellation fees).

Post-treatment: medical fees are non-refundable once the procedure has been performed. Any concerns about treatment quality must be raised within 30 days for evaluation by our clinical team.

07.Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, photos, videos, logos, the Swedish Technique® trademark, and graphics — is the property of Swedish Clinic Turkey or used under licence, and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Patient before/after photos are published only with explicit written consent.

08.Third-party content & links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites (Trustpilot, Google Reviews, YouTube, etc.) and embedded content (maps, videos). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third-party services. Their use is governed by their own terms.

09.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Swedish Clinic Turkey is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our services
• Travel-related issues outside our coordination (flight cancellations, visa denials, weather)
• Medical outcomes — clinical liability rests with the treating physician and accredited facility
• Information accuracy on third-party platforms we do not control

Our total liability for any service-related claim is limited to the amount you have paid for that specific service.

10.Governing law & jurisdiction

These Условия of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye. For EU patients, this does not affect your statutory consumer rights under EU law.
